Long time no see! Well I have a lot of news, so let's start slowly so that it doesn't get confusing...
The whole "Italy Trip" ended up being a big disappointment, I ended up not going, but I didn't have any money left so I still couldn't afford the gym, so I had to take the month off. In the mean time, I entered in a spiral of problems and fights, my morals were (and still are) pretty low, so I ddi zero exercise...
Fortunatly I didn't gain any weight, somehow I maintained it at 82Kg, but now I decided to take action. Due to having no companion, and pure laziness, I did not renewed my subscrition to the gym this month
This challenge consists of doing abdominal work EVERY DAY for thirty days, even if I do just 30 minutes of it, I have to do it until I hardly can breathe, as the days are going to pass by I'll raise the difficulty (but if in some day I really am very busy for whatever reason I'll still do the basics) and I'm going to measure my abdomen from ten to ten days, I'll do it after I post this so today's measurements will be posted tomorrow.
Oh and also, this doesn't mean I will cut off other exercises completly, I will try to implement some push-ups in the program most of the days, and I'll walk as much as possible, to work on my legs, I also will try and go running with friends to keep me motivated! I just don't want to make any promisses that I know I won't keep, so I'm being realistic, and keeping it small and real.
I really hope I can go through with this, I hope I can overcome my laziness, even if it's just 30 minutes a day, I want to keep an healthy life.
Which brings me to my next topic, that it's sort of completly connected to this one, for the next thirty days I will also catalogue here the following things:
1- The juice I drink (besides natural juice, made by me);
2- The chocolat, or better, candy in general that I eat;
3- The sandwishes I eat (anything containing bread of any kind);
4- The cakes, cupcakes, muffins, pastries in general I ingest;
5- The water that I drink.
And why will I catalogue all of this? Well because I am trying to eat healthier, but I'm not the type of person that knows how many kilos her steak has, so I will only catalogue the bad things, to make me feel a little guilty, and because my parents don't have money to sustain fancy foods, and I will also catalogue the water I drink, because, I tend to forget that I have to drink water xD
I already had stopped eating and drinking these things because of my braces, but I feel that with everything that has been happening I've been slipping off, so I want to get back on track and eat healthier, so this time it's for real!
Well I know how I am so I'm going to try and make up a reward to me if I achieve the goal, until then please root for me!
