Week Twenty Three, Day One: I'M FUCKING BACK PEOPLE!

Hey minna!

So I'm finally starting to go to the gym again, and I'm going to start posting too! Because of money issues I just started the gym yesterday, I wasn't with much patience to write, so I'll start my regular posts again starting from today!!!

Let's see, yesterday I went to the gym with a friend of mine, I worked out A LOT like I did 3 cardio machines, 3 arm machines, 2 leg machines and the typical sit-ups, so yeah today I'm, beat, but there I'll go again, today I'll try a Power Jump class with Suu, I'll post more about it wen I get back, promisse!

Today I also played handball in gym class, I was a goalkeeper, and I did pretty well, what really boosted up my spirits, since I'm usually pretty bad at any kjind of sports, I also am starting to notice some changes in my basketball hability and all of this is making me work harder on my speed, coordination and strenght instead of losing weight (which is still my 1st priority goal, okay second, first is toning my body)

Week Twenty, Day 1: Happy New Year!

Hey minna!

Before anything I want to wish you a happy 2014 and that your goals to this year can be accomplished!

Now, I'm really, really, really sorry for my long absence, I'm soo embarrassed for missing so many days! Okay explaining, I was sick on my first week of vacation, I had really bad cramps so I didn't go to the gym.

On Christmas week the gym was closed most of the days so I just did a little bit of workout Monday, the usual stuff, sit-ups, chest press, and even a little bit of treadmill to change the rythm, I felt really bad though, so I came back home quickly.

On the New Year's week I went running with a friend of mine to a park since the gym was also closed these days, she really worn me out, but because of the really bad weather that we've been experience here we didn't go anymore, we'll try tomorrow if the weather let's us!

I guess this is all, I hope you had fun on your holidays, now you've got to work extra hard to lose those extra kilos you probably gained! ;)
