Hey minna!
So sorry I've been gone for a week but I was seriously sick and had to take a couple of days from school and the gym to recover, well I'm alright now and I went to the gym twice already this week!
Well that's not exacly truth, Tuesday I didn't go to the gym, but I did do a lot of abdominal work in my house, that's what I'm focusing mostly now, the abdominal part of my body, I want to strenghten it the maximum I can, and lose fat of course, I'm getting minimally satisfyed with my arms and legs for now, so I'll focus on other areas for ow, of course I'll still do classes to keep all of my body in shape!
On Wednesday I went to a Power Jump class with my friend Suu, it was easier than the first time, much easier, I liked it a lot I was a little tired from running the mile at school, but the instructor was awesome and really easy-going, so we had a blast!
Well I'm going to the gym right after I finish this post, but before I go I have one last subject to speak about. Unfortunatly I'll have to spend one month without going to the gym T.T an oportunity arose, and I'll spend 10 days in Italy with some colleagues of mine, but the trip costs money, so I won't be able to pay the gym (I would have to abstain 10 days from it anyway), therefore, the post will be lesser (despite the fact I'll exercise at home) well, I'm ghoing to try and do posts related to the trip, but I can't promisse anything!
